“Faith” at Camp Jeanne d’Arc

What Does “Faith” Mean at Camp Jeanne d’Arc?

With over 100 years of history and tradition, Camp Jeanne d’Arc brings together the magic of sleepaway camp with the timeless values of Jeanne d ‘Arc (Joan of Arc): faith, endurance, courage, and confidence.

What does “faith” mean at Camp Jeanne d’Arc today?

Faith takes many forms—belief in yourself, trust in family and friends, and, for some, a spiritual connection. At Camp Jeanne d’Arc we are happy to provide opportunities for personal spiritual reflection and growth, including Sunday Mass, a non-denominational gathering, and mindfulness activities—ensuring that every camper can find meaning in her own way. In addition, campers may choose to:

  • Sing grace at mealtime/and sing a song of prayer at the close of campfire
  • Participate in a camper-selected gratitude or prayer at the close of campfire
  • Campers may choose to write in her reflection journal
