The perfect outdoor playground

Located on Lake Chateaugay in the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York.

Our camp is comprised of 100-acres of woods, fields, and waterfront; a perfect outdoor playground. All of our Swiss Chalet-style cabins are different, having their own personalities. They have the rustic charm of Snow White and the Seven Dwarf’s cottage, with the modern convenience of electricity, large screened windows and indoor bathrooms with hot showers!

CABINS

Bunk rooms

Our cabins are rustic and beautiful, each cabin unique in design. Cabins accommadate 10-14 campers and 2+ live-in counselors, housing in their own personal room within the cabin.

Cabin life is a very special part of camp. The girls are placed into cabins based on their ages.

Indoor Plumbing and Hot Showers

Our rustic cabins each have their own bathroom facilities including toilets, sinks, and hot water showers

Arrangement

Cabins are arranged according to age based on birthdates

Cabin Life

Working together as a group is part of cabin life. Campers will be expected to participate in cabin chores

Requests

Requests are accepted for girls of the same age to be in the same cabin. Although we cannot guarantee the request, we will do our best to accommodate

Cabin Time

Cabin time is treasured time at camp. Every evening cabin groups gather in an organized chat time facilitated by the cabin counselor

Supervision

All cabins have 2 or more live-in counselors who live in their own designated room within the cabin

Beautifully Rustic

Each cabin is unique and beautiful, with wide-plank hardwood floors and rustic beams

Grounds

HEARTH

The Hearth is where campers gather to enjoy meals.

CHAPEL

The Chapel is where campers may choose to gather for Mass on Sundays.

NEST (INFIRMARY)

The Nest is where our medical staff is available to treat campers night or day.

CHALET (ADMIN BUILDING)

The Chalet is our Camp administration building.

WATER FRONT

The waterfront is where all water activities are held.

BARN

The barn and riding ring is where all horseback riding activities are held.

LITTLE BUILDING

Little Building accommodates our youngest campers, the Chickadees, as well as our Arts and Crafts room.

BATH HOUSE

The Bath House is where campers quickly change in and out of swimsuits for waterfront activities.

BOAT HOUSE

The Boat House is where life jackets, fishing poles, canoe paddles, etc. are stored.

FIELDS

The fields are where campers engage in sports including softball, kickball, volleyball, field hockey, soccer and more.

HIKING

Campers may enjoy hiking on trails right on Camp property.

GARDEN

Campers are invited to assist in the garden weeding, watering, and snacking on vegetables.

We love happy campers! We encourage you to communicate with our staff about cabin preferences on your registration form. Please understand that we cannot fulfill every request. Cabin placement is done carefully by our staff, keeping the best interests of every camper in mind. All input is appreciated and considered, but no request can be guaranteed. All cabins are grouped according to age/grade, and we are unwilling to make any exceptions to this particular rule. It makes for a much more successful camp.
